For state governments

A state-first platform for school education

SamarthX is built around how a state runs school education: the directorate sets policy, districts supervise, schools operate, and every level works from the same live record.

01

Why "state-first" matters

One app for the whole system. The directorate, officers, schools, staff and students all use the same app. Nothing has to be installed, hosted or maintained separately for each role.

Your state's data stays separate. Each state runs as its own instance, and its data is kept apart from every other state's.

Your structure, your terms. Role names, screen titles and departmental terms are adapted to your state's administrative structure. Officers' areas follow your own districts, blocks and clusters.

Aligned with national systems. The platform uses UDISE codes and the Local Government Directory, and sends data to the national Vidya Samiksha Kendra automatically.

02

What the state gets

  • A live view of every school, instead of returns that are already weeks old
  • Policies applied the same way everywhere, including the academic year, attendance limits, GPS allowance, correction allowance, holidays, leave rules and admission windows
  • Records kept up to date at the source, because schools, staff and students maintain their own details and each change is approved
  • Data that holds up in decisions, with corrections limited and marked, and the accuracy of each location reading recorded
03

Rollout in weeks, not years

  1. Set state policy: the academic year, attendance limits, holidays, leave types and the correction allowance.
  2. Bring schools on in bulk from a spreadsheet, and track which schools have been invited and which have started.
  3. Schools fill in their own profiles and set their campus boundaries.
  4. Add staff and students in bulk from spreadsheets, with every row checked.
  5. Go live with attendance. The readiness list shows which schools still need to finish setting up.
  6. Load training material into the guidelines library first, so the answers to most first-week questions are already in the app.
04

Adoption that lasts

Staff keep using SamarthX because it treats them fairly. A weak signal never stops them from marking attendance, they are shown what will be recorded before they agree to it, and the app explains every problem in plain words. Sign-in uses a one-time code, so there are no forgotten passwords and no password-reset queue at the helpdesk.

Plan a rollout for your state

We will map SamarthX to your state's structure and walk you through a phased rollout plan.
