A teacher marks attendance at the school gate. The principal sees it that second. The district officer sees how the school stands. The directorate sees the whole state. All of them are looking at the same record at the same moment.

• State directorate: sets policy, brings schools onto the platform, and monitors the whole state.
• District, block and cluster officers: monitor and support the schools in their jurisdiction.
• Schools: run staff, students, attendance, leave, duty and admissions.
• Teachers and staff: mark attendance, apply for leave, see their duties and keep their records up to date.
• Students and families: apply for admission and keep the student's profile up to date.

Entered once, at the source. Each piece of information is recorded by the person who knows it, and nobody higher up re-types it. That is why state figures always match school records.

Policy set once, applied everywhere. The state sets the academic year, attendance limits, the GPS allowance, the correction allowance and holidays. Every school follows them automatically.

Everyone sees their own area. A school sees itself, an officer sees their jurisdiction and the directorate sees the state. The system enforces these limits, so nobody has to rely on people being careful.

Honest records. Corrections are allowed, but they are limited, a reason is recorded and they stay marked. Every attendance record shows how accurate its location reading was.

Built for real field conditions. Attendance works offline, a weak signal never stops an honest teacher from marking it, and the app runs well on modest phones.

One download serves the whole state. At sign-in, each user chooses their portal: Directorate, Department Officer, School, Employee or Student. They sign in with a one-time code sent to their mobile number or email. There are no passwords to remember, reset or leak.
