Figures you can act on, with nothing to compile

Every figure comes from the record captured at the school, so dashboards are up to date, every level sees the same numbers, and any list becomes a spreadsheet in one tap.

01

A dashboard for every role

  • Directorate: schools onboarded, active staff, admissions, statewide attendance by month, and schools ranked by attendance
  • District, block and cluster officers: the same view, limited to their jurisdiction
  • School: staff and students by category, and today's attendance
  • Employee: their own monthly attendance summary

Each dashboard shows the figures its user needs as soon as it opens. Nobody has to run a report or set a filter first.

02

Attendance you can act on

Today's figure is split into Present, On duty, On leave and Not marked. Because legitimate absence is shown separately from unexplained absence, it is clear where a follow-up is needed.

03

See which schools need support

  • Schools ranked by attendance, with the ones that need support at the bottom of the list
  • A readiness list of schools that have not yet set their campus boundary, which shrinks as they do
04

From the state to a single person in three taps

Open any school to see its live attendance, daily register, duties and corrections. From there, open any member of staff to see their full attendance history.

05

Figures you can trust

  • Entered once, at the source, so state figures cannot differ from school records
  • Every attendance record shows how accurate its location reading was
  • Corrected days are permanently marked as Regularized, with the reason
  • One current academic year, shown openly on every dashboard
  • "Last refreshed" times shown, and figures refresh whenever the user asks
06

Reports in seconds

Wherever records are listed, such as school registers, staff lists, attendance registers or duty assignments, they can be exported:

  • Export exactly what is on screen, with the filters applied, or export the complete list
  • Save it to the phone, or share it to email or any messaging app
  • Files are Excel spreadsheets named with the record type and a timestamp, so one download never overwrites another

An officer who has filtered to one block's absences for one week exports exactly that. A monthly return that used to take a fortnight to collect now takes one filter and one tap.
