Officers are given capabilities one at a time, such as viewing schools, viewing staff or monitoring attendance. Anything not granted does not appear, so an officer who only monitors attendance sees a clean, focused app.

Messages can be addressed to a school or a role and searched by sender designation. Guidelines meant for officers reach officers, without filling up every teacher's list.
