Connected to national systems and the tools you already use

SamarthX sends the state's data to the national Vidya Samiksha Kendra automatically, so national reporting no longer needs a separate data-entry exercise.

• Scheduled sending: choose the times it runs each day, and whether it sends the previous day's attendance or today's.
• Preview before sending: see exactly what will be sent to the Ministry, record by record.
• A check for every day: for each day of the session, see what was recorded and what reached the national system.
• A history of every run: open any day to see what happened to each school's records.
• Catching up on past days: missed days can be sent again. If a scheduled run is missed, the next run catches up, and days already sent are skipped.
• Automatic retries if the national system returns an error.
• Secure credentials: they are stored encrypted and never shown again after they are saved.
• Testing with one school: send a single school's data to check the connection before turning it on for the whole state.

• Every school is identified by its UDISE code, and codes are checked in bulk during onboarding.
• Schools record their details in the same sections national reporting uses: identity and location, classes and enrolment, entitlements, toilets and sanitation, infrastructure and digital facilities, and the school management committee and teachers.

School location fields follow the Local Government Directory (LGD). They cover district, revenue block, village, gram panchayat, urban local body, ward, and assembly and parliamentary constituency. This means SamarthX data matches other government systems from the first day.

• Import: schools, staff and students are loaded from spreadsheet templates. Each row is checked and gets its own result.
• Export: any list can be exported to Excel, either as filtered on screen or in full.
